Moon Balance

This week launches with the Moon in the Nakshatra or star constellation, Swati or Arcturus in western astronomy. She is a golden star who dwells in the realm of Saraswati, the auspicious Goddess of higher knowledge, the arts, music, diplomacy and refinement. She embodies immense power coupled with delicate beauty. She can best be compared to a fragile exquisite flower growing out of a boulder. She is the epitome independence and equanimity. Swati individuals can zoom out and see the big picture, the full range of opposite forces and still maintain their impeccable balance and grounded centeredness. They are committed to truth and open to learning differing perspectives. This Moon energy urges us to establish ourselves in equanimity in the midst of chaos. To ground ourselves in light and truth and sail through the storm with unwavering focus. Swati is the lighthouse, the ballerina who is immensely strong ad incredibly flexible, poised and light.

Other planetary forces aspecting the Moon are Jupiter retrograde with Rahu, the north node of the moon and part of the dual karmic axis, in Aries. Jupiter is in a 1/7 relationship representing personal and intimate relationships including familial. When the Moon and Jupiter come together a great power is awakened and in this case the power is heal these relationships through acknowledging and communicating the truth (Moon in Swati).

There is also a planetary lucky exchange between Venus and the Moon which indicates a miracle, as in being saved from a close call.

To summarize the energy of the week we are being asked to zoom out and establish equanimity, commit to the truth, reflect on our own inner truth and heal relationships through conscious, kind and honest communication.

 Much love
