Join Neva’s ongoing Saturday Morning, 8:15 am Live on Zoom, Vinyasa Flow class. This class emphasizes the alignment of the heart with purity, love and truth, the breath with awareness and balance, the body with harmonized elements, dosas, chakras, prana, nadis, bandhas, gunas, yamas and niyamas and honor the sacred geometry of life and yoga as it expresses through you as an individual.

Recordings available with registration whether or not you attend the class online in real time. The recording will stay available for 7 days from the time of class.
